Ground Lamb over Roasted Potatoes

This was an easy winner at home. I used fresh rosemary from the backyard.

Roasted potatoes in the small toaster oven, with rosemary, s&p.

And served rosemary scented ground lamb over it.

Inspired by this recipe with the folowing changes:

1. Omit potatoes from the lamb preparation
2. Toss diced potatoes with avocado oil, rosemary, s&p. Roast in 400 degree oven for 20-25 mins.
3. Serve lamb over the potatoes
